Activity Day Fees

In addition to the $40.00 annual SHE membership fee, all families wishing to participate in Activity Day must also pay the following fees.

• Building Gift: The building gift is $70.00 per family per year of participation. This helps the church offset the many costs of hosting our group. These costs include heating/cooling the entire building an additional day each week, additional water and electricity usage, purchasing additional cleaning supplies, etc. All families pay the same amount regardless of family size or how many classes are taken. Checks should be made out to the church and given to the Building Liaison by the first day of AD.
• Class Fees: Class fees vary by teacher and class and are paid directly to the teachers. Some teachers accept PayPal, but others require that you mail them a check. Payments are due in early June. Some teachers require full payment at this time, while others accept partial payment in June with the balance due by the first day of AD.

Please note that fees are non-refundable, regardless of whether a member voluntarily chooses to leave AD or is asked to leave.
