Grievance Policy
We encourage all members to pray and seek the Lord when they have been offended before taking any action. If you feel this matter needs to be handled further, please follow the pattern set forth in Matthew 18:15-17. No matter the circumstance, we want to avoid gossiping about the offense.

First: The issue should be addressed privately between the members involved.

Second: If resolution is not achieved privately between members, please contact a member of the Team to meet with the parties involved.

Third: If resolution is still not achieved after meeting with a member of the Team, the matter will be discussed by all Team Members to determine the appropriate response to the conflict. All information shared with the Team will be kept confidential.
Whenever a child is involved in an offense, the parent should participate in all steps of this process to act as their representative.
