You must complete a questionnaire and a tour. Multiple tour dates are offered each spring. 

 

Participation in Activity Day for the upcoming school year is determined in the spring during our registration/renewal period. (Check the calendar for specific dates.) There is a maximum capacity of 60 families according to our agreement with the host church.

 

Participants are admitted in two tiers.

Additionally, priority placement in the lottery system is given to families that have at least one school-aged child. That means that only families with a school-aged child will be included in initial lottery drawings. Secondary drawings will be held for families that do not have a school-aged child.

 

When there are more families that wish to participate in AD than can be admitted during the registration/renewal period, the lottery system will also be applied as described above to determine the order in which families are placed on the waitlist. Families that join after the registration/renewal period ends will be placed on the waitlist in the order they become members. When the maximum capacity is not met during the registration/renewal period, AD participation will remain open, and families will be admitted in the order they become members until the maximum capacity is met. No new AD participants will be added after the third week of classes even if the maximum capacity is still not met.
